i2i Coffee (“we” and “us”) is the operator of i2icoffee.com (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you agree to the terms below.
Once your order has been placed, we process your order on the day of, or the next day. We then roast, grind, and package your order on demand in preparation of shipment. This ensures you are getting the freshest coffee from i2i. This process takes three to four (3-4) days and when complete, we ship the product to you. Once shipped, it usually takes two to seven (2-7) days for you to receive your package.
Our roaster operates Monday through Friday during Eastern standard business hours and are based in Maryland. Our facilities are closed on U.S. national holidays. We work to minimize delays on your order, but any orders received on weekends or holidays will begin the fulfillment process on the first business day after the holiday or weekend.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Your product will be shipped directly from our roaster in Maryland so shipping is calculated from that place of origin. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to you (the “Customer”).

any time before the order has been delivered to the shipper.
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at contact@sncoffee.com so that we can determine the cause of the delay.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link from which you can follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
